We attended the International Wine Festival held at the Taubman Museum of Art in downtown Roanoke, VA.
This international wine festival was a wine festival in a class of it’s own. They had over 30 excellent wines and stunning hors d’oeuvres. Having a wine festival in an art museum was an excellent idea and a great benefit for the museum itself.
The Museum:
The building in itself is a work of art. I remember always driving by this building thinking it was beautiful when driving back and forth to college. I am no art expert, but the museum does have a wild variety of different art styles and exhibits.
The Wine / Food:
As mentioned before, all the wine and food was exceptional. I was very impressed with this festival and hope it is an annual event. This is an event that I would go to year after year!
Outfit Deets:
My outfit:
