I Replaced My Regular Coffee for 3 Weeks

Okay. I was influenced. 😂

I had been seeing RYZE mushroom coffee EVERYWHERE for months.

People were making their little mushroom coffee drinks, talking about how much they loved them, and meanwhile I was over here drinking my regular coffee like, “Nope. I don’t need another internet recommendation. I’m fine.”

Except… I wasn’t really fine with the coffee.

I already knew caffeine was starting to get to me.

I’d drink my first cup of regular coffee and be perfectly happy. Then, at some point, I’d decide I wanted a second cup. So I’d make another cup. And then I’d immediately regret making it.

But here’s the problem:

I was addicted to the ritual.

I didn’t necessarily need more caffeine. I wanted COFFEE.

I wanted to wake up, make my hot drink, hold my mug, take that first sip and feel like my day had officially started.

And yes, I tried hot tea.

Absolutely not.

Tea is not coffee.

Tea can have its own little corner of the world. I’m not interested.

So I kept drinking coffee because I didn’t know what else I could replace it with that would actually satisfy the part of me that loved the whole coffee experience.

Then I finally decided to try RYZE.

And I waited to tell you about it.

I Didn’t Want to Immediately Become “That Girl”

You know what I mean.

I didn’t want to try something for three days, get excited about it, and immediately make a post telling everyone they needed it. Especially because I have an affiliate link.

If I’m going to recommend something to you, I want to actually use it myself first.

So I’ve been drinking RYZE instead of my regular coffee for more than three weeks now.

And I can honestly say…

I LOVE this stuff.

Like, genuinely.

Not “I need to make an affiliate post so I guess I’ll say it’s good.”

I actually look forward to drinking it.

The Caffeine Thing Was the Biggest Surprise

This was the part that surprised me the most.

I already knew regular coffee wasn’t exactly agreeing with me. I just didn’t realize how much I was working around that fact.

I’d want another cup.

I’d make another cup.

I’d take a few sips.

And immediately think:

“Why did I do this?”

But then I’d do it again the next day.

Because apparently my morning routine had become a hostage situation.

The original RYZE Mushroom Coffee medium roast contains about 48 mg of caffeine per serving, which is less than half the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee. And yes, it actually contains coffee… it’s made with organic instant coffee along with RYZE’s mushroom blend.

That was exactly what I was looking for.

I didn’t want to give up my morning coffee ritual.

I wanted to change what was in the mug.

And that has been the biggest win for me.

I still get my coffee. I just don’t feel like I need as much caffeine to have it.

That’s a pretty great trade in my book.

But Does RYZE Mushroom Coffee Actually Taste Good?

Because let’s be honest.

This is important.

I don’t care how many mushrooms you put in something. If it tastes like I’m drinking liquified mulch, I’m out.

Thankfully, RYZE doesn’t taste like mushroom water.

I actually really like the flavor.

It’s smooth, creamy, and has a slightly nutty coffee flavor.

It’s still coffee enough that I don’t feel like I’m mourning the loss of my regular cup.

And that’s important because I wasn’t trying to become a tea drinker.

I was trying to find a coffee alternative.

Mission accomplished.

So… What’s Actually in RYZE Mushroom Coffee?

This was another thing I wanted to understand before I started drinking it every morning.

RYZE’s original mushroom coffee contains organic instant coffee, a blend of six functional mushrooms (Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet, Shiitake and Lion’s Mane) plus a prebiotic fiber blend.

Now, I’m not going to sit here and tell you that drinking a cup of mushroom coffee is going to magically fix your entire life. That’s not how I approach this stuff.

But I do like knowing that I’m drinking something made with more than just coffee and caffeine.

And I like that I can look at the ingredient list and actually understand what I’m drinking.

And No… You Aren’t Going to Trip on It 😂

I feel like this deserves its own section because I know somebody is wondering.

No.

These are functional mushrooms, not psychedelic mushrooms.

So if you were imagining yourself drinking your morning coffee and suddenly having a spiritual encounter with a giant mushroom…

No.

You’re good.

The Real Reason I Keep Drinking It

Honestly?

It’s not because I suddenly became a mushroom expert.

It’s because I wanted to find something that gave me the thing I actually liked about coffee without feeling like I had to keep drinking more and more caffeine to maintain the ritual.

And this has done that for me.

I get my warm morning drink.

I get the coffee flavor.

I get some caffeine.

I get the ritual.

And I don’t feel like I’m forcing myself to drink another cup of regular coffee just because my brain decided that’s what I’m supposed to do every morning.

That’s a win.

Was I Influenced?

Yes. And I’m actually glad I was.

Because sometimes the internet is incredibly annoying.

And sometimes the internet introduces you to something you’ll end up using every single morning.

This one happened to be the second thing.

I’ve been using RYZE for more than three weeks now, and that’s long enough for me to say that this isn’t just a “Reels made me buy it” moment.

I genuinely like it.

If you’re someone who loves your morning coffee but has also started realizing that regular coffee and caffeine aren’t exactly your best friends anymore, I think RYZE is worth trying.

Especially if you’re NOT interested in giving up the whole cozy morning coffee ritual.

Because again…

I tried tea.

I’m not giving up coffee.
