Magic Village Yards
I recently spent 3 nights at the gorgeous Magic Village Yards and I felt right at home! The grounds, lobby, pool, and restaurant were all breath-taking. As a gated community, you never feel like you are in the hustle and bustle of the Disney madness. However, the location is unbeatable if you do have an interest in visiting the theme parks.
Not much beats having your own space on vacation. The spacious condos of Magic Village Yards are perfect for larger groups. Offering both 3 and 4 bedroom condos, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The Restaurant:
The on-site Villaggio Restaurant serves a variety of delicious Italian-Brazilian favorites, but their made-from-scratch pizzas are hands-down their specialty! Located steps from Magic Village Yard’s stunning outdoor pool, the wait staff will also serve you pizza and drinks poolside (just you place your order inside first). The Caesar salad is also delicious!
Our Condo:
Our condo was an impeccable four-bedroom, five-bathroom, two-story condo. In my typical past travels, I have shared a single hotel room with other people. So needless to say, having my own bedroom was such a nice treat. One bedroom was located downstairs and the other three bedrooms were located upstairs. Of the rooms, two of them had king beds and the other two had twin beds.
The condos of Magic Village Yards are extremely family-friendly. The kitchen was extremely clean and offered all of the essentials for those interested in cooking during their stay. We actually had groceries delivered from Publix using the Instacart app. However, Uber Eats makes ordering food quick and easy (and we utilized their convenience several times).
As I previously mentioned, the location of Magic Village Yards is really unbeatable for the local attractions and Disney World Parks. However, we chose to spend this trip relaxing and simply soaking up the sun. Other than laying by the pool, we barely left our condo during the whole three days that we were in town. As far as how we spent our time in the evenings: We enjoyed a bottle of champagne and watched TV one night, got pizza and drinks from the in-house restaurant one night, and went out to dinner on the third night. But no matter how you choose to spend your time, Magic Village Yards feels like home at the end of the day.
The Pool:
The pool at Magic Village Yards is actually quite perfect. They provide top-quality lounge chairs and umbrellas, and the pool is really the perfect size and depth for all ages. We quite literally spent 70% of our time in Orlando laying by the pool. And honestly, I could have stayed longer and kept doing the same exact thing every day.
We chose to bring our own floats with us to lounge in because let me tell you… the Florida sun is on another level! There is also a hot tub located beside the pool; however, it was a bit too warm for that this trip.
If you have any questions about amenities, location, or anything at all – just let me know. I highly recommend a weekend getaway at this beautiful oasis in the beautiful area of Orlando, Florida! Magic Village Yards is the perfect destination, no matter what your needs are.
Next adventure? Houston, Texas with Olivia! Then I’m off for 8 nights to road trip from Napa to Vegas with James! We are in major need of some away time together and neither one of us have ever done a trip quite like this. So stay tuned and follow along on Instagram. Thanks for your support and much love!
